Hi ~
I was out today making a return and while standing in line waiting I was taken back really with how there really doesn't seem to be anything called Customer Service anymore....when did that happen really? I mean when I was a teenager working you were indoctrinated that the "customer's always right"....now the tide has changed really and it seems the customer has no rights! Today I witnessed the customer is "never" right really. You snooze you lose attitude was abundant! In today society with people all over out of jobs it seems that if you have one you really need to thankful and those customers are why you are employed, so my best advice is treat them kindly or your job may be next....
